Thanks to active humidity control from 20 % to 95 % RH and unsurpassed homogeneity of temperature and humidity over the entire interior, it is ideally suited for environmental testing, environmental simulation, accelerated service life tests, and 85/85 tests according to IEC 60068-2-67 and IEC 60068-2-78.

Description :

A humid environment without condensation The active humidity control ensures an ideal homogeneity of temperature and humidity as well as short recovery times after opening the door in this attractively priced and practically maintenance-free climate chamber. In combination with the heating on all six sides, including the heated inner glass door, it also minimizes vaporization in the interior and thus the risk of condensed water dripping onto the test object. An aluminum thermal conductive layer supports optimum temperature distribution and serves as a heat accumulator in case of a temporary power failure.
Comfortable equipment for accelerated service life tests To ensure that environmental tests and accelerated life tests such as 85/85 tests run reliably and safely, the humidity chamber HCP offers a wide range of comfort functions: Standard feed-through on the rear panel, battery-buffered Control COCKPIT (option), process runtime starts with Setpoint WAIT function only when the setpoint temperature is reached, alarm messages can be sent via e-mail or SMS with Mobile ALERT (option) and much more.

All hot air ovens provide a temperature range 30°C above ambient to 250°C with an accuracy of ±2°C. Temperature is controlled with mechanical temperature control (rotary knob) or by digital control. For uniform rotation of heat inside the chamber noiseless fan is used for air circulation.
Oven is produced with double-walled construction and made of 304 grades stainless steel with insulation of mineral wool for efficient thermal loss. In economic models, the exterior chamber is made of powder-coated MS, while 304 stainless steel is used as an option. The inner chamber is completely made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and maintain. Shelves are made of painted steel and can be easily adjusted inside the chamber with ribs created inside the interior chamber walls. Doors: Doors are double-walled, made of MS steel (stainless steel optional), and also fully insulated with mineral wool, fitted on heavy hinges. A sturdy handle provides a comfortable opening and closing. Doors open 180° to provide enough access to the heating chamber.
For efficient heating, our hot air ovens are fitted with branded heating elements, nickel/chrome plated chrome wire, kept inside the beads and placed at the bottom and on both sides of the chamber. Ventilation: For safe removal of hot gases and fumes, air ventilators are provided near the top of both sides.
